Downtown Open 2025
Thursday, May 29 – Sunday, June 22, 2025
Each summer, downtown Charleston’s sidewalks are transformed into a one-of-a-kind miniature golf course for the Downtown Open—a pop-up putt-putt experience that’s free, fun, and uniquely local.
More than 20 custom-designed holes, each created and sponsored by local businesses or organizations, line the streets of the City Center. It’s a creative way to explore downtown, support small businesses, and enjoy family-friendly entertainment in the heart of the city.
The Downtown Open is proudly part of FestivALL Charleston.

Awards
A panel of judges will select winners for Best Representation of Business, Most Fun to Play, and Best Overall. Award announcements will be posted on the Charleston Area Alliance Facebook page on June 20. Winners will be notified in advance to allow time for a photo opportunity with their winning Downtown Open hole.
