Leadership Kanawha Valley

Inspiring Leaders. Strengthening Communities

Leadership Kanawha Valley (LKV) is the Charleston Area Alliance’s flagship leadership development program—designed to educate, empower, and connect professionals from all sectors of the community. From emerging leaders to seasoned executives, participants gain a deeper understanding of the Charleston region while building the skills and relationships needed to drive lasting change.

Recognized as one of the region’s most impactful leadership programs, LKV brings together talent from the private, public, and nonprofit sectors to explore the issues that shape our region and discover how to make a difference.
