    Meet up with friends and family from 4:30 to 9 pm, along Capitol Street, between Kanawha Boulevard and Virginia Street, for live music, food and drinks, kid's activities, pop-up shops and more.  The event is sponsored by Proud Eagle and Goose Island Brewery, along with support from Tony The Tailor, the Charleston, WV Convention and Visitors Bureau and the Kanawha County Public Library.
