      Quality Insights is a non-profit, mission-driven organization, focused on using data and community solutions to improve health care quality with the goals of better care, smarter spending and healthier people. Quality Insights has a 45-year history of government contract service, partnership and growth since our founding in 1973 here in Charleston, WV. We now have offices throughout the Mid-Atlantic region, working on local projects and those with a national impact. Quality Insights specializes in developing and maintaining measures of health care quality, collecting and analyzing performance data, providing both collaborative learning opportunities and individualized technical assistance to health care providers in all settings, and offering patients and families information and tools to improve their health and care.

      Quality Insights' 200+ employees and consultants are experts in health care improvement, offering diverse experience and training in health care delivery, continuous quality improvement, medical record abstraction, epidemiology, data analysis, information technology and communications. Quality Insights has 70 employees based in the Charleston area who support quality initiatives from federal and state agencies, private payers and more.
