Retaining Young Talent

The Charleston Area Alliance understands the importance of recruiting, supporting and retaining young talent in Charleston and across West Virginia. The Leadership Kanawha Valley Program gives the Alliance the ability to identify talent in the Charleston area and provide them with resources that create better leaders and well-informed citizens.

Programming

Leadership Kanawha Valley’s programming is centered on strengthening and inspiring participants to become more impactful leaders and maintain involvement in the community’s social, business and political fabric. Participants will become acquainted with Charleston’s business, government, community, and quality of life, analyzing each’s strengths and challenges and exploring innovative solutions to issues through behind-the-scenes experiences.

Throughout the program, Leadership Kanawha Valley strategically addresses the personal leadership journey, equipping participants with the resources needed to learn and grow as professionals and individuals.
