Business After Hours
Business After Hours is Charleston, West Virginia’s premier networking event, hosted monthly by the Charleston Area Alliance and members. The networking event provides a unique experience for guests and serves as a great way to meet other professionals living and working in the Charleston area.
Business After Hours is held at member locations throughout the Charleston Area. Each event provides the host with an opportunity to showcase their facility and local chefs, restaurants and caterers.
The Charleston Area Alliance’s Elevations Professional Women’s Network Luncheon Series strives to enrich, empower and elevate women. The luncheon series features female speakers and unites Charleston’s professionals, both women and men, to learn and be inspired by the journeys, challenges and accomplishments of strong female leaders and role models.

Lunch and Learns
The Charleston Area Alliance hosts virtual lunchtime workshops designed with our local businesses and industries in mind. The Lunch & Learn sessions feature topics and offer resources that are most relevant to businesses today and allow attendees to gain knowledge applicable to their position and organization and take what they’ve learned back to colleagues and leaders. Past Lunch & Learn sessions include topics like COVID-19 small business resources and YWCA Charleston’s implicit bias training.
